HELLO!
We are Fossick Project, a duo formed by illustrator Cecilia Valagussa and singer-songwriter Marta Del Grandi. Our performances of live music and analog animation on the overhead projector is a contemporary form of shadow theatre inspired by the first cinematographic techniques.
Our project evolves through time and space, taking inspiration from nature and the animal world and with storytelling as a central element. Mostly written during residencies in the vicinity of their habitat, our stories focus on the endangered animals, telling about their habits and their souls.
For each show we produce a limited edition of merchandise with a unique design dedicated to a different animal.
